Waist beads are not clinically proven to aid in achieving weight loss or weight gain goals. However, these beautiful handcrafted waist beads can be used effectively in measuring body changes during your weight loss/gain journey, whether it be weight gain by tightening or weight loss by the beads loosening. We offer various colors with different size beading to fit all sizes. We have many colors in stock and we also create specialty orders.
